Chai Spiced Ginger Apple Oatmeal

It’s very easy to fall in love with oatmeal when you make it taste good.

My mornings are not complete without a bowl of steamy hot oatmeal, spiced with cardamom, nutmeg, cinnamon and ginger–spices commonly found in Masala Chai. Arvinda’s Chai Masala is the perfect complement to oatmeal which can handle these aromatic and warming spices.

I can’t imagine a cold breakfast in the winter months!

Turmeric Tonic will keep you well hydrated in the heat of summer.

It’s been a warm hot summer. I’m not complaining about the heat by any means–that would not be me. This is what I wait for eleven months of year!

This summer I’m cooling down with this awesome Turmeric Tonic. Without sufficient hydration especially in the summer months, we can feel worn out and lethargic.

Fresh turmeric is a rhizome. Use it the same way you would use ginger.

In Indian cooking we most often use turmeric in a powder form. It blends into our curries seamlessly and effortlessly and so perfectly, we wouldn’t use it any other way.
